Poster Session Dates and Times
Virtual Poster Session
Date and time: 7th April, 17:15-18:00 CET.
The virtual poster session will take place online directly after the virtual oral presentation session. CRISPRMED25 in-person and virtual registrants will be able to access the CRISPRMED25 virtual event using their CRISPRMED25 login credentials. To watch the virtual oral presentations, click on the JOIN button on this webpage or join via the Zoom link that you will receive before the conference.

Poster and Networking Session 1
Date and time: 8th April, 18:30-21:00 CET.
This is the main in-person CRISPRMED25 poster session. During this session, posters will be displayed in groups (A, B, C) according to topic, i.e., delivery, tools, safety, etc. Please see the poster groupings at the bottom of this page for further details.
All poster presenters are required to attend their poster for 1 hour during the session as outlined in the poster groupings below. Poster judging will take place during this session.
WeDoCRISPR Poster Flash Talks
Date and time: 10th April, 17:30-19:00 CET.
This interactive poster session is organised by WeDoCRISPR and will feature a Flash Talk Competition to be judged by a mixed adjudicator panel. All poster presenters are encouraged to have their posters on display during this session.
To upload your poster on the CRISPRMED25 website:
You can upload your poster by logging into the conference website using the same email address you provided during registration, and choosing the edit submission option. Then you should be able to scroll down the page and see the upload options.
Regarding the video function, that will be accessible as a virtual meeting room once the virtual event starts.
Digital Poster Upload Guidelines
Upload form and deadline: Posters may be uploaded using the online submission form until 1st April, 2025.
Poster format: Digital posters should be prepared as a single-page PDF (16:9 aspect ratio recommended)
Attendance requirement: We kindly ask that you don't submit your poster to the virtual poster session if you will not be able to attend between 17:15 and 18:00 CET
In-Person Practical Information, Poster ID Number and Specifications
Practical Information: When you arrive at the venue site with your poster, please contact the Poster Team at the entrance desk. You will receive an adhesive to mount your poster and be directed to your poster stand. Your poster should be on display no later than 17:00 CET on Tuesday 8th April and can be taken down on Thursday 10th April at 18:00 CET.
Abstract ID: All submitted abstracts have been automatically assigned an ID number (e.g., ID15). This is the number you will use to find the correct place to present your poster during the in-person poster sessions. Please take note of this number and have it ready upon check-in. The CRISPRMED25 Poster Team will be present to help you navigate the poster area and display your poster ahead of the sessions.
Poster Specifications: The size of your poster must be A0 portrait. A separate stand (W:956mm x H:2400mm) will be available for each poster, and the stand dimensions will not accommodate posters in landscape format.
A0 = 33.11 width X 46.81 height (inches)
A0 = 841 width X 1189 height (mm)
Suggested font sizes for A0 posters are as follows:
Main title: 78 pt (bold, upper case)
Author: 72 pt (bold, title case)
Affiliation(s): 48 pt (normal, title case)
Email address: 36 pt (bold)
Subheading: 36 pt (bold upper case)
Body of text: 24 pt (normal)
Smaller fonts may be used in citations and acknowledgement.
