If registering before January 3rd 2025 you will receive a 20% discount on the registration fee (Early Bird Registration).

Whoever is interested in submitting an abstract for consideration can do it till the January 17th 2025. After that point it won't be possible anymore to submit an abstract.
To ensure that the conference maintains its core focus on human health applications, we kindly invite the submission of abstracts focusing on the development of CRISPR tools (or other gene editing platforms), delivery systems, applications, and assays for advancing CRISPR-based therapeutics.
Yes. As the presenter details are cross-linked with the attendee's profile, you will need to register before being able to submit an abstract.

Any student/academic from a low-middle-income country, can apply for a CMN Travel Grant (up to 300 EUR/grant). Approved travel grants will be announced March 3rd, 2025. Travels grants will be issued within 30 days from the end of the conference event.
We will offer one adapted lunch option for people with dietary restrictions. For this, please inform us of your dietary restrictions using the checkbox in the registration form.

Our goal is to offer high-quality and high-gain workshops. To this end, we have set the maximum number of attendees at each workshop to 30. Therefore, each person may attend a maximum of one workshop.

All selected abstracts will be featured on a special issue by CRISPR Medicine News.
Top-scoring abstracts will have the possibility to be selected for an exclusive interview with the Editor in Chief of CRISPR Medicine News.
The in-person poster session will be on April 8th, from 18:00 - 21:00 PM CEST.
The virtual poster session will be on April 7th, from 17:00 - 18:00 PM CEST.
The size of your poster must be A0 portrait. A separate stand will be available for each poster, and the stand dimensions will not accommodate posters in landscape format.

The content presented at the in-person conference will be made available after the conference for a 30 days period.
In the event of unforeseen circumstances, such as a presenter's inability to attend the conference in person, the conference organisers may modify the conference programme or reschedule certain presentations without prior notice.
Presenters should inform the conference organisers as soon as possible if they need to cancel their presentation or switch from in-person to online participation. In such case, please contact info@crisprmedicineconference.com immediately.
Our standard cancellation policy is that we will refund 50% of the registration cost for any registered participants that cancel before March 7th 2025. Cancellations after this date will not be refunded.
In the event you cannot attend, you will still have access to all the on-demand presentations and the virtual events up to the event, and you will have the option to keep your ticket and use it the following year.
No, since no special equipment is required to attend and enjoy the conference. However, you may consider bringing along with you any type of tool ( e.g. notebook, laptop etc. ) to take notes.
A laptop ( not provided) is recommended if attending Workshops.
To ensure the best experience for the presenters and the attendees, CRISPR Medicine Conference will provide technical staff to ensure that everything runs as smoothly as possible.
The technical staff will be reachable before and during each oral presentation to ensure the content is correctly visualised on the big screens and that the presenter can be heard loud and clear!

Once you're registered, in your confirmation email you will find a link that will allow you to set up your account. Click on it and input your email and your desired password, and your account will be created. Once you login to the platform you will have access to all the atendee-specific additional content.
The CRISPR Medicine Conference will take place at Øksnehallen, located on Halmtorvet in the Vesterbro district of the beautiful city of Copenhagen.
- By car: you can park your vehicle in the local car park by driving down the ramp from Ingerslevsgade
- By Metro: line M3 will bring you directly to the venue
- By bus: bus routes 11, 250S, 5C, 7A include stops close to the venue site
Travelling from the train station:
- The venue is 7 minutes walk from Copenhagen Central Station (København H)
Travelling from the airport:
- Bus 5C
- Metro M2 to Kongens Nytorv and then M3 to Copenhagen Central Station (København Hovedbanegård), which is only a 7-minutes walk from the venue
Attendees and exhibitors are referred to DGI Byen’s car park (192 parking spaces) The car park is centrally located with entrance on Ingerslevsgade, 1704 København V. Additional parking spaces are available in the area between CPH Conference and CPH Hotel. Parking is at visitor’s own risk.

If you wish to pay for 24 hours of parking, the fee will correspond to 10 hours.
Parking in the car park is restricted to vehicles weighing under 3,500 kg total weight or with a maximum height of 2m.
If max weight and height exceeds, please use the parking site between CPH Conference and CPH Hotel.

No parking on Kvægtorvet and in the streets near Øksnehallen. Unloading and loading permitted.
