The quality of the natural, industrial, urban and rural environment plays a key role in the concept of sustainable health. In this respect, the quality of the air and that of the sound environment are the first two environmental causes having the greatest impact on human health according to the WHO. Overview of Thursday, November 9th of the annual meeting of the Quebec Respiratory Health Research Network (RSRQ)

 

On the program in brief:

 

1-Presentation of the results of priority projects and teams funded by the RSRQ

 

2-Oral presentations by RSRQ students and the J2R student winner in France

 

3-Presentation of young researchers

 

4-General meeting and discussion concerning the future of the new AIRS Network in connection with the new vision of the FRQ-S

 

Student Presentation Competition:

 

As in past years, there will be a competition for the best oral and poster student presentations.

 

Oral presentations: On November 8, students who have been selected for an oral presentation related to the theme of the colloquium will have the opportunity to present their work. Prizes, including an audience award, will be awarded for the best presentations.

 

Student presentations for the RSRQ Student Oral Presentation Competition will be held on November 9th.

 

Poster presentation: There will be poster presentations in discussion sessions grouped in workshops around unifying themes to allow exchanges and discussions.

Deadline for submission of a communication abstract: Monday, October 9, 2023 at 11:30 p.m.

 

Deadline to register: Sunday, October 29, 2023 at 11:30 p.m.
