Multiple submissions from a single study or dataset will be excluded unless prior clarification and approval is provided. Abstracts with no data or incomplete data will receive a score of zero (0).

Abstracts will be judged in four areas:

1) Originality/Innovation: The more original or the more innovative is the approach proposed by a paper, the higher its score

2) Interest & approach:

  • the compliance of the abstract to the themes listed in the call for paper
  • the quality of the abstract submitted itself
  • the worldwide interest and relevance (even if presented from a regional perspective)

3) Relevance to the audience: The Summit audience is made up primarily of transport professionals, policy officials and decision-makers involved in public transport and the urban mobility market. Priority (higher score) will be given to papers focusing on policies, systems and actions of practical value with quantifiable results and/or effects, or papers dealing with trends and developments that are affecting the urban and regional transport market.

4) Speaker’s profile and experience: The evaluation will check the relevance of the speaker's profile (authority, operator, industrial, consultant, academic) with the paper topic.
