CWSS/WSSA Joint Meeting 2025

Welcome

The CWSS, in coordination with the WSSA are pleased to welcome you to the 2025 joint meeting between our societies.

If you are a CWSS member looking to register for the meeting you're in the right place.

If you are a WSSA member who also holds a CWSS membership you wish to renew, it can be done under the "registrations" tab on this website.

You can also select and register for tours on the registration tab of this site. For information about the tours please refer to the meeting brochure

Please note that abstract and title submission for the conference occurs HERE, this site is for registration and tour registration only.

Hotel

The 2025 meeting will happen from February 24-27 2025 at the Sheraton Wall Centre in Vancouver, BC. Hotel reservations can be made here. If you are a graduate student, make your hotel reservations here. PLEASE NOTE: The room block expires January 20, 2025. The hotel does not offer a shuttle from the airport. The transportation options include taxi/limousine, train, or bus. If taking public transportation, the closest stop to the hotel is the Pacific Central Station.
