Please set up your poster according to the following guidelines:

1) In person poster session:

· Each poster must be printed and brought in by the author.

· Please use an A0 format in portrait orientation (841 x 1189 mm).

· All text should be in English.

· Posters should be mounted on Wednesday, November 17^th at 11:30 am before the welcoming ceremony at the designated areas (fixing materials will be provided and distributed on-site).

· There will be no guided poster tour but presenting authors are kindly requested to be at their posters for discussion during the poster session on Wednesday, November 17^th from 5 to 6 pm.

· Posters should stay mounted for the duration of the conference and removed by you on Friday, November 19^th at 3 pm after our closing ceremony.

2) Online poster gallery:

· Each poster must be submitted as an image (identical to the printed version).

o File size must be 30MB or less (.gif, .png, .jpeg, .jpg)

o Please upload the image on your submission form online under “Poster image”

o All participants are welcome to browse the poster gallery online and view all posters on their own time

· For each poster, a 3 min video presenting the contents must be submitted

o Either guide the viewer through your poster by zooming in on the relevant part or prepare slide show.

o Please provide a video with voiceover, explaining your poster (tutorials can be found online, for example in Microsoft PowerPoint here and here).

o It is not necessary to include a picture-in-picture of the presenting author

o File size must be 30MB or less (.mp4, .mov, .avi)

o Please upload the video on your submission form online under “Poster presentation”

o For online guests, this will be substituting the poster session, however all participants are welcome to view poster presentations online.

· All uploads for the online poster gallery should be completed until Wednesday, November 10^th 11:59 pm.
