HÔTEL LE CANTLIE SUITES, located ~600 m from the meeting venue, is the official host for guests attending Dyspnea 2024 in Montreal. The organizing committee has secured a block of 75 rooms (single/double occupancy) for June 26^thand June 27^th, and a block of 50 rooms (single/double occupancy) on June 28^th.

Preferred Rate
$219 CAD + taxes/night (total = $260.61 CAD/night)

Reservation Procedures
Attendees must contact the hotel directly via email (vipres@hotelcantlie.com) or telephone (514) 842-2000 to reserve their stay.

In order to benefit from the preferred rate, callers must identify their affiliation with Dyspnea 2024. Rates cannot be changed at check-in or check-out time for guests who fail to identify their affiliation at the time of booking.

The deadline for individual reservations is May 24, 2024. After that date, any rooms remaining in the secured block will be released. Reservation requests received after the deadline will be accepted on a space available and rate available basis only.

All individual reservations must be guaranteed with a valid credit card. Guaranteed reservations will be held all night for the first day of arrival. If a guaranteed room is not used, payment for the full rate on that room plus tax will be charged to the applicable credit card. Cancellations within 48 hours of arrival will result in the rate for one night plus tax being charged to the applicable credit card.

Check-In & Check-Out
Check-in time for all guests is 4:00 pm EST. Guests may be checked in earlier depending on the occupancy of the hotel and the availability of clean rooms.

Check-out time is 12:00 noon EST. Any room not vacated by this time will be assessed a half-day late check-out charge until 6:00 pm EST, after which a full day’s charge will be applied.
