EPIP Annual Conference 2025

The University of Antwerp (Belgium) is proud to host the 2025 Annual Conference of EPIP - European Policy for Intellectual Property Association

“Turning IP Ambitions into Action: Creating Connections, Collaborations, and Communities”.

The conference will take place from Wednesday 10 to Friday 12 September 2025 with the PhD workshop in the morning of Wednesday 10 September 2025.

**** DEADLINE EXTENDED ****

Wednesday 30 April 2025 is the deadline of our call for papers for EPIP2025 in Antwerp.

We are proud to be receiving a record number of high-quality submissions.

However, we also received a number of requests asking for an extension of the deadline for the submission of extended abstracts, full papers papers, and themed session proposals.

Accordingly, we have decided to extend the deadline by a few days until 7 May 2025 (next Wednesday) at 11.59pm CET to assist applicants finalising their submission.

Please note that no further extension will be granted, and we encourage you to submit as soon as possible to safeguard an effective review process and the work of the organising team.
