EPIP Annual Conference 2025

The University of Antwerp (Belgium) is proud to host the 2025 Annual Conference of EPIP - European Policy for Intellectual Property Association

on

“Turning IP Ambitions into Action: Creating Connections, Collaborations, and Communities”.

The conference will take place from Wednesday 10 to Friday 12 September 2025 with the PhD workshop on the morning of Wednesday 10 September 2025.

The extended submission deadline of 7 May 2025 is now closed. 

All submission notifications have now been sent out and registration is now open. Please note, the early bird deadline is until June 30, 2025. After this time full rates will apply and regsitration will close on August 15, 2025. We recommend registering as soon as possible, as we will stop accepting registrations once we reach capacity.
