Registering gives you access to:

  • The "On the Way to the Conference " Webinars

  • The main conferences, workshops, and presentations throughout the international conference

  • The opening cocktail, three dinners, and four coffee breaks

  • A visit to one of the selected social innovation sites (transportation and dinner included)

  • And much more!

Registration Policy

  • The deadline to register for the pre-sale event is February 2, 2025.

  • The deadline to register for those presenting a communication is March 2, 2025.

  • The deadline to register for those not presenting a communication is March 24, 2025.

  • Please note that there are no daily or activity-specific rates.

  • Payment of the registration fees for the international conference is required to access the event site.

  • Upon arrival, you will be asked to provide proof of registration.

  • Registration fees are non-transferable to another participant.

Refund Policy for Registration Fees

  • Refund requests must be made via email to crises.colloque-international@uqam.ca and received no later than March 30, 2025.

  • No refund requests will be processed after March 30, 2025.

  • A 20% administrative fee will be deducted from the refunded amount.

  • Payments will be refunded using the same payment method as the original purchase.
