Registering gives you access to:
The "On the Way to the Conference " Webinars
The main conferences, workshops, and presentations throughout the international conference
The opening cocktail, three dinners, and four coffee breaks
A visit to one of the selected social innovation sites (transportation and dinner included)

Registration Policy
The deadline to register for the pre-sale event is February 2, 2025.
The deadline to register for those presenting a communication is March 2, 2025.
The deadline to register for those not presenting a communication is March 24, 2025.
Please note that there are no daily or activity-specific rates.
Payment of the registration fees for the international conference is required to access the event site.
Upon arrival, you will be asked to provide proof of registration.
Registration fees are non-transferable to another participant.
Refund Policy for Registration Fees
Refund requests must be made via email to crises.colloque-international@uqam.ca and received no later than March 30, 2025.
No refund requests will be processed after March 30, 2025.
A 20% administrative fee will be deducted from the refunded amount.
Payments will be refunded using the same payment method as the original purchase.
