Q&A SESSIONS

To prepare thoroughly and ask any questions you may have, IRCM has scheduled monthly virtual meetings accessible to all candidates. The upcoming meetings will take place on May 1^st, June 5^th, August 14^th, and September 4th, at 11:30 am.

It is recommended to thoroughly review the challenge preparation documents before participating in the Q&A session.

PREPARING FOR THE PROVINCIAL FINAL
During the months of October and November 2024, finalists from each participating institution will have the opportunity to meet one-on-one with one of the various communications experts, according to their needs in preparing for the provincial final (details available in the summer of 2024).

The master's and doctoral students, as well as postdoctoral researchers under the supervision of a researcher affiliated mainly with CRCHU, are invited to pick a the challenge of their choice. The competition will be conducted in French, and the use of French for visual support and oral presentation is recommended; however, it is also possible to deliver the presentation in English.

This event is free and open to everyone. It will be possible to attend the presentations in person or online. Details, schedule, and registration form will be available on this website by the end of June.
