A Bite of Shunde

Known for its elegant presentation and balanced flavors, A Bite of Shunde offers an authentic taste of one of China’s most celebrated culinary traditions. This hidden gem brings the refined flavours of Shunde Cantonese cuisine to life with expertly crafted dishes showcasing fresh fish, steamed chicken, and delicate stir-fries

Yuan Garden

Showcasing the flavours of Shanghai-style cuisine from the scenic Yangtze River Delta, Yuan’s Garden’s menu highlights finely chopped, stir-fried, braised, and steamed dishes, crafted with fresh ingredients and expert technique. Their harmonious blend of richness and delicacy offers a smooth, refined texture that lingers pleasantly on the palate.

The Fish Man

Led by chef-owner Bo Li, the Fish Man has won numerous honours at the Chinese Restaurant Awards, including best Sichuan, restaurant of the year, and rising star chef in 2023. The signature sour cabbage fish hot pot features a velvety pork-bone broth, balanced with Sichuan spices and pickled cabbage — enhancing the diner’s choice of fish.
