Graduate Student Gala 2024

We are excited to see you at the Graduate Student Gala, brought to you by UBCO Graduate Community Facilitators and Graduate Students Committee (GSC). We invite members of the UBCO Graduate Community, and their families to join us for food, a photo booth, karaoke and fun!

Build connections with members of your Graduate Community on November 25, from 6pm-10pm in the Ballroom (UNC 200). Each ticket includes a buffet dinner. Please note that this is a ticketed event, intended for UBC Okanagan Graduate Students and their families.

Space and tickets are limited. There are a limited number of guest tickets, guest tickets are necessary for any members that are not UBC Okanagan Graduate Students.

Participants can expect there to be a higher level of noise and for it to be busy and a bit crowded at times. This is a formal dinner, so we invite you to wear formal attire and enjoy a night filled with fun.
