PDW 1 - Meet the Editors -   13:30 - 15:00 - AMPHI 54

This session brings together a range of associate editors, guest editors and editors in chief of various prestigious academic journals. The panel of editors will share the specificities of their journals and the types of submissions and methodologies they welcome. They will share inside knowledge and experience, the vision and aims of the journals, its acceptance rates and will outline the process from submission to publication. Senior editors from journals such as Organization, Gender Work and Organization, Human Resource Management, Equality Diversity and Inclusion and the International Journal of Human Resource Management amongst others are happy to welcome you and answer any questions you may have.

PDW 2 - Epistemologies of the South - 15:30 - 17:00 - AMPHI 54

The purpose of this PDW is to familiarize participants with the plethora of methodological approaches that can help research practitioners develop and design projects in the spaces of difference and non-familiarity. The special attention will be given to the Epistemologies of the South and theoretical opportunities they render for studying diversity and inclusion in non-Western contexts . The PDW will be animated by Professors Smaranda Boros (Vlerick Business School), Anita Bosch (Stellenbosch University), Camilla Quental (EM Normandie) and Bruno Felix (FDC).
