From Pearson International Airport, one can either take a taxi / Uber / Lyft to the hotels and the Munk, distance is about 30 KM. OR one can use the UP Express train from the airport to Union Station (downtown) and can either walk (approximately 25 minutes) or take a taxi / Uber / Lyft from there. One can also take the subway from Union Station, get off at either Dundas Station and walk north OR get off at College Station and walk south.

Twenty rooms (2 double beds or 1 Queen size bed) single & double occupancy for $209 + fees & taxes will be on hold until July 25, 2022. Rooms will be released after July 25, 2022 and the negotiated rate will no longer be available.
After double occupancy, each extra person, sharing a room will be charged an additional $30.00 per night. There will be no charge for children up to and including the age of seventeen (17) years who share with their parents and utilize the existing bedding. Maximum occupancy per room is a total of four (4) people (adults and children included).

All reservations must be cancelled by 4:00 pm EST 48 hours (2 days) prior to arrival. Cancellations made within 48 hours of arrival will result in a charge of a 1 night stay plus taxes. A valid credit card is required at time of booking. The Hotel reserves the right to cancel or modify a reservation should there be suspicious, fraudulent or inappropriate activity.

Single / Double Occupancy rate of $279 + Taxes & fees will be charged based on avaiability. There is no set number of rooms on hold for the IBCWG 2022 Meeting. This rate will no longer be available after July 25, 2022.
Rates will be available 3 days prior and 3 days after the event dates indicated in the room block, subject to rate availability of guest rooms at the time of the reservation.
Hotel room rates are subject to an additional person per room charge for each additional person in a room. This charge is currently $30 CAD, per person per night.
