Requirements Regarding the Length and Formatting of Submissions

Participants are kindly requested to adhere to the following guidelines concerning the length and formatting of their submissions:

Research Papers intended for inclusion in the official conference proceedings should be between 12 and 15 pages in length.
Papers submitted for the Doctoral Panel (also to be included in the proceedings) should be between 6 and 11 pages.
Participation in the form of presentations or posters, without inclusion in the proceedings, is also welcome.

All manuscripts must be formatted in strict accordance with the official template provided by the organizing committee. Submissions that do not comply with the template guidelines may be returned for revision or excluded from the final publication.

Adhering to the specified length and formatting requirements ensures consistency across the conference materials and facilitates the editorial and peer review process.
