For those registered for Full Registration, your package includes:

Welcome Reception: Admission for the evening of 6 October 2025.

Gala Dinner: One ticket for either 7 or 8 October 2025 (exact day to be confirmed).

Conference Access: Lunches and coffee breaks provided on 7–9 October 2025.

For participants with a Single Day Registration, your package includes:

Conference Access: Lunch and coffee breaks on your chosen day.

Please note: Single Day registrations do not include tickets for the Welcome Reception or Gala Dinner.

In due course, we will also contact you to gather information regarding any dietary requirements and other special needs to ensure your comfort during the event.

Flights

The closest airport to ICRP 2025 is Zayed International Airport (AUH) in Abu Dhabi. It is a quick 20-minute Taxi or Uber to the Ritz Carleton Abu Dhabi, Grand Canal and other hotels listed below.

You may also want to consider flying into Dubai International Airport (DXB)! At only 90 minutes from the conference venue, the Taxi/Uber ride is $65-$80 USD (AED 250-300). Depending on where you are coming from, this could provide more cost-effective and timely options.
