Trandev Limocar offers interurban transportation between Montreal and Sherbrooke 7 days a week. The Express Line has a stop directly on the campus of the Université de Sherbrooke.
Please note that the departure schedule is announced at least one month in advance. Therefore, it will be possible to purchase bus tickets for the Montreal-Sherbrooke route (round trip) around mid-June. To be quickly informed of the availability of the July schedule, it is suggested that you subscribe to the Transdev Limocar newsletter.
La Québécoise group offers interurban transportation also 7 days a week between Montreal, Trois-Rivières, and Sherbrooke.

At 10 minutes walking from the Au Campus accommodation service, you have access to restaurants and a grocery store. In the Pavillon multifonctionnel located on the main campus, a small grocery store is also available.
Au Campus is 5 minutes walk from the builidings where the activities will take place.
Grand Comfort rooms have been reserved at the Grand Times Hotel, a 4-star hotel conveniently located on the shore of Lac des Nations and in the heart of downtown Sherbrooke.

At 10 minutes walking from the Grand Times Hotel Sherbrooke, you have access to coffee shops, pastry shops, bars, and several restaurants.
A bus stop across the street from the hotel allows you to take the 8 or 9 bus line which takes you directly to the main campus of the Université de Sherbrooke. The trip takes about 20 minutes.

During your Stay in Sherbrooke
You will find below some useful information during your stay in Sherbrooke.
The main campus of the Université de Sherbrooke is well deserved with many bus lines, which will drive you around town. Feel free to visit Sherbrooke by bus and discover its nice outdoor terraces, beautiful parks, and many other interesting spots.
If needed, you could get a free bus pass for the week. All you need to do is ask for it when you will register.
You can install the free mobile application Transit, from the Société de transports de Sherbrooke, on your smartphone in order to have access to bus schedules and to plan your itinerary. You can also consult the STS Feuillets d'horaire (timetable sheets) page. These information sources are only available in French.
Construction sites in the Sherbrooke area will affect some public transit lines this summer. It is therefore possible that a bus will be a few minutes ahead or behind schedule.

For environmental matters, the Université de Sherbrooke stopped using individual disposable water bottles. We kindly invite you to bring your own water bottle and fill it to one of the many drinking fountains we have on the campus.
Hot beverages will be served in compostable cups throughout the event. Shall you wish to contribute to the reduction of waste, we encourage you to bring your own reusable cup.
