Welcome to the website of the 9th IRIC Scientific Day.

Important information:

1) You must complete the registration form in order to create an account. This step is essential to have access to the conferences and poster sessions during the Scientific Day.

2) You will be able to submit an abstract after completing the registration process.

Guidelines:

By submitting an abstract, participants are guaranteed to present a poster. Participants wishing to present orally should indicate so when submitting the abstract. The organizing committee will evaluate the abstracts and select the participants who will present orally. Participants will be notified of the choice of the organizing committee as soon as the selection process is completed (before February 20).

The participants who will be selected for a poster presentation must prepare an explanatory video of their presentation (1-4 slides max; 3 to 5 min., .Mp4 format, max 250Mb). The video must be uploaded on the website no later than Tuesday March 9, 11:30 p.m., in order to allow the IRIC community to watch it before the scientific day.

During the scientific day, each presenter must be available during their poster session (morning or afternoon, to be confirmed) to answer questions from participants in their dedicated virtual room. The IRIC community will be able to meet the presenter in the virtual room to discuss the research project and ask their questions. The presenter will have the option of sharing its screen to present relevant research data.
