Welcome to the website of the COPL Annual Conference to be held on June 1, 2023 at the Alphonse-Desjardins Pavilion, at Université Laval.

On this site, you will find the essential information for your participation, including the program, a brief description of the conferences and other logistical elements that will help you orient yourself during the day.

This is also the platform to register and submit your scientific poster proposal, if applicable.

For your information, participants will be welcomed from 9:15 a.m. at the entrance of the Hydro-Québec room.

For this 34th edition, the theme of the event is "the next generation and the diversity of paths at the heart of our research and innovation". This theme draws its essence from the desire to highlight the diversity of career paths of the members and collaborators of our cluster.

As you know, the COPL Annual Conference is the main event of our strategic cluster. It provides an exceptional networking opportunity for the entire academic and industrial optics photonic Quebec community. Each year, close to 200 participants from faculty, research professionals, technical staff, graduate students and industrial partners converge to discuss scientific news, issues and challenges in the sector while contributing to the dynamism of the optics photonic field in Quebec. Finally, it is a good way for students to make themselves known to potential employers.
