Updated Zoom Instructions
For session chairs and presenters in virtual or hybrid sessions
Sesssion chair instructions
(Cards with this information are also in the physical rooms.)
Step 1. Find your session in Fourwaves & click through to Zoom
Get logged in and find the session you want on the Schedule page.
Note the room location.
Click into the session and click on the "Join" button.

Step 2. Log into the host Zoom account. (The specific username and password are on the card in your physical room. If you are chairing a wholey virtual session and are not in Chicago, please email ctrimble@millikin.edu for the full instructions.)
You may be prompted to enter a passcode. You will need to log into the Gmail account that is the same as the Zoom username (and password) on the card.
Step 3. Find your session and start it
Once logged into Zoom, you'll be in the event lobby.
Click on the Sessions tab near the top, scroll until you find your physical room name, and click to start the session.

Step 4. Click on the ^ next to "Share", and then click on "Advanced Options" to allow all participants to share their screen.
You should be good to go!
Presenter instructions
Step 1. Start with the schedule here in Fourwaves
Get logged in and find the session you want on the Schedule page.
Note the room location.

Step 2. Click into the session
Click into the session to get access to the Zoom link.
Then click "Join".

Step 3. Welcome to the Zoom event lobby
Clicking "join" will take you to the Zoom event lobby. You're almost there.
Now you need to find the room location for the session. It's the physical room name you noted in Step 1.
Click on that room name.
