Posters are visual and graphic displays of information, so data-based topics that require illustrations, graphs, or charts are ideal for a poster session. Poster sessions can also draw a diverse audience, allowing for open dialogue across the disciplines represented at the MBAA International Conference.

Required elements:

• Title
  • Please limit titles to 15 words and 200 characters
  • Please spell out all acronyms
• Abstract
  • Abstract must be at least 150 words and no more than 500 words.
  • Abstracts should highlight the topic importance and the study findings.
  • All acronyms should be spelled out at first mention
  • Data-based studies should include a summary of:
    • Participants
    • Research methods, and
    • A statement of data results
• Supporting visual
  • A sample model, illustration, graph, or table must be submitted
  • Data collection does not need to be complete, but the supporting visual should demonstrate the project is underway.
• Keywords
  • Please include up to four keywords with each submission
  • Be as specific as possible
• Presenting Author
  • At least one author for each poster submission agrees to register for and attend the MBAA International 2025 conference and present the poster.
  • Additional authors are permitted and encouraged to attend the conference.
• Poster
  • Title font may be as large as 72 point font.
  • Body text font should be in 16 - 18 point font
  • 1 inch margins
  • Should be easily read from a distance of 5 feet
  • Your poster text should be affixed to poster board or other material that can be displayed on an easel.
  • Dimensions 4’ x 4”
  • The body of your poster should conform to the style guidelines of your discipline.
