Join us for our 17th annual conference "Shaping the Future: Technology, Transformation, and Society"

MCIS 2025 conference will be co-hosted by Audencia Business School and IAE Nantes - Economie & Management, taking place in Nantes, France, from October 2nd to 4th, 2025.

Registration dates :

Early bird - Until 01 September 2025

Standard - Until 25 September 2025

Registrations will close on 25 September 2025 - 23:59

Registration fees (in EUR) include :

• access to all conference sessions, proceedings

• lunches on Thursday (02/10/25) and Friday (03/10/2025)

• social event on Thursday (02/10/25)

• all coffee breaks.

All fees are subject to VAT payment of 20%.

Please note: Your registration payment and membership dues must be completed as two separate transactions. To complete your registration, first ensure your membership is current.

Accompanying persons are welcome to register for social event. To do so, the person registering should select the option 'Social Event - Accompanying Person' during the registration process. Accompanying persons fee: 90 EUR

Please note: Fees for Accompanying Person include the cost to the social event only. Guests of registered participants are not invited to lunches and do not have access to the conference sessions and proceedings.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be emailed to mcis2025@audencia.com and follow this schedule:

·         By Sept 10: Full refund minus €100 admin fee.

·         Sept 11-25: Full refund minus €200 admin fee.

·         After Sept 25: No refund; full registration fee applies.
