Meaningful PE Day

Welcome

We are thrilled to invite you to Meaningful PE Day on Saturday, May 3, 2025, at the Walker Complex Bob Davis Gym, Brock University. This special event brings together our international learning community in one place to engage in meaningful sessions and celebrate the incredible work we have accomplished together over the years.

Please refer to the schedule for a draft outline of the day and the planned sessions.

Important Information:

  • All sessions will be recorded in full. As such, your image and voice may appear in the footage. If this raises any concerns, we completely understand, and your participation (or decision not to participate) will be respected.

  • The edited recordings may be used for educational purposes and could appear in textbooks, on websites, or across social media platforms.

  • Please come dressed in activewear.

Due to limited capacity, this invitation is exclusive to the invitee. We kindly ask that you do not share it with others.

We acknowledge that the land on which Brock University was built is the traditional territory of the Haudenosaunee and Anishinaabe peoples, many of whom continue to live and work here today. This territory is covered by the Upper Canada Treaties and is within the land protected by the Dish with One Spoon Wampum agreement. Today this gathering place is home to many First Nations, Metis, and Inuit peoples and acknowledging reminds us that our great standard of living is directly related to the resources and friendship of Indigenous people.
