This website is where you will register your information and submit your abstract for MURC 2026. To participate, you must register and submit your abstract prior to January 11, 2026 at 11:59pm (PST) . Follow the instructions below to successfully register and submit your abstract. for any questions or concerns, please reach out to undergraduate.research@ubc.ca.

1. Registration and Submission Instructions

   Step 1: First, register for the MURC 2026
   If you are presenting as a group, identify one member in your group to complete the registration form on behalf of the entire group. That member should enter their details under Presenter 1 and include the information of all group members.
   
   Please note that registration is mandatory before submission.

   1. Click the Registration button.

   2. Enter your details.

   Step 2: Submit Your Abstract
   If presenting as a group, the same member who registered the entire group (listed as Presenter 1) will submit the abstract. Check out the Abstract Rubric to prepare your submission!

   1. Once registered, click the Submission button.

   2. Enter the details of your presentation and research supervisor.

   3. Upload and submit your abstract.

2. Presenting Multiple Topics

   1. If you wish to present on two topics, register for MURC 2026 once, and submit each presentation separately.

3. Feedback Availability

   1. Abstract feedback will be available in February 2026. Return here to review your feedback!
