Have you created or implemented a new tool that has improved some aspect of your educational, clinical, or administrative practice?  Tried a new evidence-based approach? Submit a proposal to present it in a 10-minute TED-like talk or poster: share why it’s important and how your colleagues can do it too. We welcome locally-developed tools, strategies, & QI projects that can be used and adopted across the North.

Join us on April 30, May 1, and May 2, 2026, for Northern Ontario's premier conference for faculty and preceptor development. Participants can connect with colleagues, enhance their teaching skills, participate in continuing medical education, stay informed of clinical best practices, experience hands-on simulation training, and develop leadership and skills. This conference promises to deliver an experience relevant to the practice of Northern Ontario medical and health professionals and students who work in urban, rural, and remote communities.

This year’s program will feature keynote addresses, panel discussions, and interactive workshops exploring:

  • The impact of planetary health on our clinical environments, our patients’ lives, and our work as educators.

  • The role of AI and emerging technologies in shaping clinical practice and medical education.
