Northeast Women's Health Symposium 2024

Thank you to all who joined us!

We hope to see you next year

Welcome to the Northeast Women's Health Symposium!

This year we are excited to be hosting a hybrid symposium where participants can join us online or in-person at NOSM University's Sudbury Campus!

This year's topic selection is based on a robust needs assessment performed by the conference planning committee and takes into consideration referral patterns, emerging needs, updated practice guidelines, and participant requests. This is a fantastic opportunity for clinicians in our region to access up to date information and interact with colleagues in person and virtually.

Topics this year include: Endometriosis/NMPP, Introduction to O-Rads, Postmenopausal endometrial thickening, Pre-conceptual Counselling and the first antenatal visit, 5-minute pearls of Obstetrics & Gynecology: A northeast panel discussion and Q&A and an IUD Skills Demonstration

Symposium Learning Objectives

  1. Counsel patients regarding common gynecological and obstetric situations involving symptom management, treatment options and considerations for risk factors.
