This Symposium is aimed at the patients and families, as well as clinicians and health professionals (doctors, nurses, researchers).

Since the symposium is intended to be a place for exchanges it will be in person only.

CALL FOR ABSTRACT

Due to strong interest from several participants in showcasing their research, we are pleased to announce that the symposium will include a dedicated space for research presentations. Electronic posters will be accessible and displayed throughout the event.

We warmly encourage you to submit ongoing projects and any NF-related presentations you have given over the past year.

Deadline for submission: September 30, 2025.

CANCELLATION POLICY

In case of cancellation, the following fees will be applied:

• Cancellation before or September 16^th, 2025 : 15% of registration fee

• Cancellation after September 16^th, 2025: 50 % of registration fee

• No refund on or after the day of the event
