Essential for leadership success is the ability to learn from difficult situations by creating safe avenues for personal growth by exploring leadership challenges with peers.
1. Explore important leadership concepts relevant to leading in Northern Ontario.
2. Create a safe environment to learn with leadership colleagues and from current leadership challenges.
