If your Abstract is accepted,

Prepare your Full Paper — between 4,000 and 6,000 words (up to 12 pages) for publication consideration.

All members who have submitted their full paper will by default submit a short presentation.
PRESENTATION SUBMISSION: 21-Nov-2025
DATE OF PRESENTATION: 27 Nov 2025

All participants who have submitted their Full Paper are required to submit a Short Presentation and prepare for the Paper Presentation Session scheduled on 27 November 2025 at 2:00 PM, at the TVS Institute for Quality and Leadership.
Each team (max 2 members) will deliver a 10-minute presentation, followed by a 5-minute Q&A session.
The presentation should clearly highlight the business challenge, the Operations Research (OR) solution, and its impact.

The winner(s) from this round will have the opportunity to present at the Main Conference on 28 November 2025.
