Abstract Guidelines
Welcome to the abstract submission page for GLP-OSM5!
Instructions
- Browse the list of sessions found at the “sessions” tab. To view the full session description, click the down arrow on the right side.
- Once you have chosen your session, visit the abstract submission tab to submit your abstract.
The full list of conference themes and sessions is available for download https://event.fourwaves.com/osm2024/pages/87ecbf71-94e6-4944-bd38-1d3932ff6736
*Note that some 'innovative and immersive' and 'workshop and training' sessions are not accepting abstracts. This is noted in the session title.
Session Numbering
The first digit of each session number refers to the three main conference themes:
1 = The State of the World
2 = Imagining the Future(s)
3 = Enabling Transformative Changes
The second and third digits of each session indicate the session number.
The final letter in each session number indicates what type of session it is:
P = Poster
R = Research
N = Innovative or immersive
T = Training or workshop
* Note to session organizers: All session numbering has been changed from the initial submission phase. Please note your new session number using the above format.
Important!
- Only one full length oral presentation per participant is allowed (as presenting author). Participants are however allowed to provide a full oral presentation while at the same time giving one flash talk format presentation or being part of a panel discussion or organizing a training session. Submissions for which the presenting author does not register for the conference in due time will be canceled.
- Invited speakers are those that were invited by session organizers during the session submission process.
- All abstracts will be subject to the full review process.
- Abstracts are limited to 300 words.
Please read carefully:
- The conference language is English and all session proposals must be submitted in English.
- Authors: Enter name, email and associated “Organization” for each author of your contribution. Please list first author as presenting author.
