Please submit a case or a topic suggestion
We have changed the format of our sessions to increase interactivity and provide real case examples along with the session. The new format will include a case presentation followed by one or two speakers, then a discussion about the case and it's relevance to the topic, after which we will allow some time for discussion and Q & A.
We would love to hear from you about your interesting, challenging or triumphant cases related to the upcoming topics, or as a new topic suggestion. Please use the form below to submit a question or a case ahead of the session. Please remember to keep patient identifiers confidential.
