Our in-person location is 935 Ramsey Lake Rd. Sudbury, ON P3E 2C6 in the Medical School Building. Registration opens at 8:00 a.m. in the lobby.

Directions: It is easiest to enter the school from the South Bay Rd. entrance, and the medical school is located on the left side.

For our virtual attendees: Please activate your account as well as test your system for WebEx capabilities

**Please ensure that firewalls set by your organization will allow you to access the WebEx broadcast. If you are unable to access WebEx per the instructions below, please contact your local IT support to determine if the problem is related to firewalls set by your organization. If there are no local settings preventing your participation, please contact NOSM U IT support.

*Note: Due to the expected number of registered participants, troubleshooting this on the day of the conference may not be possible and could prevent your participation.

Accessing Password Protected Site (WebEx and Conference Materials)

1) To log-in, you must activate your account using this confirmation email - see activation link in the bottom.

2) If you previously registered for a CEPD event hosted on the Fourwaves Platform, you can use the same password or reset it if required.

WebEx Access:

1) WebEx link will be found on the Conference Resources Tab which is only visible to registered attendees (log-in required)

2) Once you log into the site, visit the Conference Resources Tab to obtain the WebEx link that will be posted the morning of Friday, March 27, 2026.

1) In order to ensure you can access WebEx, please test your system using the WebEx test link.

2) If you are required to download the WebEx App, please follow the WebEx download link.

Cancellation Policy:

In the event that a participant needs to withdraw from the program after registering, a cancellation administration fee will be applied. Please see below for cancellation deadlines and associated fees:

* Cancellation within five days of the conference receives zero refund;
* Cancellation six days or more before the conference receives a refund of 75% of the paid fee.
