The society has exemplified a commitment to trainees, and defined Dr. Hynes and Phage Canada's own commitments in that vein. This year, they are single-handedly responsible for our ability to provide the event at no cost to the registrant.

Cytophage is a phage company based out of Winnipeg, MB. They've been supporters of the phage community, sponsoring trainee travel awards in 2021, and supporting the symposia in 2022.

Based out of Lévis, in Quebec - SyntBioLab develops alternative antimicrobials against pathogenic bacteria affecting feedstock. They've been supporters of Phage Canada since its inception

PhageLux, with offices in Montreal, is a company based out of China. They are a biotechnology company that utilizes phages and phage biology to solve bacterial problems in multiple fields, and have supported Phage Canada since its inauguration in 2020.
