PRÉSENTATIONS PAR AFFICHE:

 

La date limite pour transmettre votre résumé pour une présentation par affiche est lundi le 7 mai 2018. Une fois inscrit, cliquez sur l'onglet soumission. Dimensions maximales pour les affiches : 40 x 40 pouces. Concours d’affiches : Premiers prix 200$; Deuxièmes prix 100$!

Conférences étudiantes

Comme par le passé, trois étudiants auront l’opportunité de présenter oralement leur projet de recherche dans le cadre d’une conférence d’une durée de 20 minutes incluant la période de questions. Les étudiants intéressés doivent soumettre leur résumé (onglet soumission) au plus tard le lundi le 23 avril 2018 en spécifiant qu’il s’agit d’une présentation orale. Le Comité de sélection choisira trois étudiants et ceux-ci seront avisés dans les plus brefs délais. Les conférenciers étudiants recevront une bourse de 200$. Les candidats non retenus sont fortement encouragés à présenter leurs travaux par affiche.

Deadline to submit your abstract for a poster presentation is Monday, May 7, 2018. Once registered, click the submission tab. Poster max dimensions: 40 x 40 inches. Poster competition: First prizes $200; Second prizes $100.

Students’ oral presentations

As in the past, three students will have the chance to present their research project as a 20 minute talk including time for discussion and questions. If you are interested, you must submit your abstract no later than Monday, April 23rd and specify that it is for an oral presentation (submission tab). A committee will select three students who will be informed as soon as possible. Selected candidates will receive a $200 award for their presentation. Non selected candidates are strongly encouraged to present their work as a poster.
