Directions to the IRCUS parking lot for the PROTEO symposium.

The PROTEO symposium will be held in buildings Z10 and X2 on the faculty plan (below). However, these spaces are on CIUSSS property and daily parking is more difficult. The easiest way to park is to use parking lot PZ2 on the faculty map (top right). All parking spaces are subject to a fee. You can pay your parking fees on the BCity application via your smartphone (https://sherbrooke.b-citi.com/login) or directly at the pay station opposite pavilion Z8 (see photo).

Regardless of your point of departure, we advise you to use the following address:

This address will bring you to building Z8 and the appropriate parking lot (google map image below). To get there, take 12th Avenue North (Route 216) from the Highway 610 exit. Stay in the right-hand lane and head for CHUS Fleurimont (hospital). There are two entrances to the hospital and university grounds. Do not take entrance #1, which will take you to the hospital. This entrance has 4 lanes, 2 of which are for turning left towards the hospital. Continue straight ahead in the right-hand lane. 12th Avenue will have only 2 lanes in each direction, so go to the 2nd set of traffic lights (entrance #2, see photo below). You can turn left to enter the university grounds at this entrance. You can then turn right at the first entrance to access parking lot PZ2, where the pay station is directly in front of building Z8.

Once on foot, please proceed to pavilion Z10. A pedestrian walkway is available to access the building (see photo below). The doors to the pavilion are easily accessible from this walkway, and you'll find volunteers on hand to help you obtain your badge and any other documents related to the symposium. Finally, conferences will be held in conference room X2-6214. You can get to this pavilion via the main entrance to building X1, which is easily accessible from the outside. Once inside, head left and straight ahead to take the corridor (must open a door) and continue to the end to get to the hospital elevators (do not take the elevators in the X1 entrance). Go to the 6th floor via the elevators and you'll have easy access to the conference room.

For those who will be using the STS buses, you can take lines 7 or 8 and get off at the 'Biomed' stop. This stop is opposite the Z8 building (see faculty map) and allows you to use the pedestrian walkway to get to Z10.

Arriving from Montreal or Quebec City on the 610, turn left on 12 avenue Nord to get to entrance #2.

Entrance #2 (Stay in the right lane at the traffic light and turn left towards the blue building (Z8) where the parking lot is located).
