ALL poster presenters must upload a video presentation with narration of no more than five (5) minutes in length.

This presentation will be in the format of a PowerPoint (or equivalent) with a maximum length of five (5) minutes. There is no limit to the number of slides. Your video presentation will be accessible for the duration of the event.

Only the video presentation will be judged, several prizes will be awarded!

Instructions for IN-PERSON poster presentations (optional)

We are also offering those attending the Symposium the opportunity to present their poster on site (paper format, pre-pandemic style!), during happy hour.

Simply indicate this when submitting your abstract (by checking the appropriate choice at the bottom of the page).

While this in-person presentation will not be evaluated for an award, we encourage those attending to use this opportunity for scientific, social, and networking discussions.

Technical Specifications:

• The poster will be vertically oriented.
• Maximum size: Height: 45 inches (114 cm); Width: 42 inches (106 cm).
• The poster will be displayed for the duration of the Symposium.
