Conference Registration Refunds & Transfers

• Attendees may request a full refund for their conference registration up to 72 hours prior to the event start date.

• No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 72 hours of the event.

• Conference registrations may be transferred to another individual at no additional cost. The transfer request must be submitted at least 24 hours before the conference start date.

• No-Show Policy: Registrants who fail to attend the conference without prior cancellation or transfer will not be eligible for a refund or credit.

Membership Refunds

• Membership fees are non-refundable after 30 days from the payment date.

• Refund requests made within the first 30 days will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are subject to approval.

Sponsorship & Exhibitor Payments

• Sponsorship and exhibitor payments must be made within 30 days (net 30) from the invoice date.

• Failure to make payment within the required timeframe may result in forfeiture of sponsorship or exhibitor benefits, including but not limited to branding, booth space, and promotional opportunities.

• Late payments beyond the net 30 period will incur a 6% late fee per month.

• Refunds for sponsorship and exhibitor fees are not guaranteed and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis based on the timing of the request and contractual obligations.

Processing Fees

• All refunds are subject to a $50 processing fee, where applicable.

Refund Processing Timeline

• Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days to the original payment method.

Modification of Policy

• The Produced Water Society reserves the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and will apply to future transactions.

Dispute Resolution

• Any disputes regarding refunds or payments will be handled in good faith. If a resolution cannot be reached, the matter will be subject to arbitration in Austin, Texas.
