1. Which browsers are supported?

Chrome, Firefox, Edge, Safari (iPad/iPhone), and Opera

2. Who needs to register?

The presenters, judges and all interested in attending. Presenters should use their YSU email address for the registration and the abstract submission.

3. Why did I not receive a confirmation email after registration?

This is unusual but it can happen. There might be a typo in the email address or your mail server is blocking emails from Fourwaves. Have you checked your junk or promotions mail box? If the email is not in your junk or promotions mail box, contact quest@ysu.edu

4. When is my abstract due?

The deadline for your abstract submission is 5 pm on March 18, 2024

5. Can I change my abstract after submission?

Yes, you can change your abstract until 5 pm on March 18, 2024.

6. We are a group of students presenting a poster. Do we all need to submit an abstract?

No, only one student submits the abstract, and the names of the other students in the group are added on the abstract submission page.

7. What is an oral presentation?

An oral presentation is a 10-15 minute PowerPoint presentation. The student will be required to design the presentation to include the information to be presented. Be sure to include time during the presentation for questions and answers.

8. What is a poster presentation?

The standard size for posters at QUEST is 36" x 48". QUEST will provide easels and foam boards (with clips to secure your poster). The student will be required to design the poster to hold the information that is to be presented.
