The Technical Sessions will occur via WebEX

All registered attendees have received calendar items with WebEX log in information. Please check the event Registration Page HERE

DURING THE INTERACTIVE SESSIONS

You must be registered at the site and logged in to view the posted materials and chat with presenters.

Chat Rooms will be available from 3pm to 4pm Eastern time Monday March 8 through Thursday March 11 with an extra session Wednesday March 10 from 9 am to 10 am Eastern.

WHAT TO EXPECT DURING THE LIVE INTERACTIVE SESSION

Participants and Presenters will visit the Tab labeled "INTERACTIVE SESSION"

Presenters can navigate to their own Submission and select "Call Presenter" to host the chat room.

Attendees should filter by Session Day to identify who is available during that session. You may preview the materials listed under each abstract. You can view how many people are in the live discussion. If you select "Call Presenter" for an empty room, an email notification will be sent to the presenter.

The Chat feature will be available for all presenters during the Interactive Sessions. The speakers have indicated their availability as posted in the Interactive Session agenda. Please use the filters to find the presenters and demos that are available during each scheduled session.

Don't see the Interactive Sessions Tab? Please make sure you are registered and logged in to the site. You must log in with the same email you have registered.
