How to Submit an Abstract

Click on the Submission tab above and enter your abstract details. Your abstract can be edited after the abstract submission deadline.

This call for posters is open to all graduate students and postdocs in the health research scientific community in Québec (travel to the conference is at your own expense).

The deadline to submit abstracts is 15 February 2025 unless we reach the full submission capacity before that date (up to 60 abstracts).

The following information will be required to submit an abstract: Abstract title, Authors, Affiliations, Abstract body (max. 500 words). Your abstract body should include: background section introducing your research project, rationale; hypothesis and goal; short description of the methods used; short description of the results (if any); conclusion.

ABSTRACT SUBMISSION DEADLINE: February 15 2025, 5pm

Abstract Selection process

Submitted abstracts will undergo a review by the organizing committee. Selection of poster presenters will take into account representation of different institutions, alignment with the call for abstracts, and novelty of the research.

Instructions Poster Presentations

The maximum poster size allowed is 45" wide x 45" high (115 cm x 115cm). Poster boards and pushpins will be provided. During the poster session, each student will have 5 minutes to “pitch” their poster + 2 minutes for questions. Use this pitch to introduce yourself, your research, and your major outcomes in a succinct and clear manner.
