Retraite annuelle RQRD 2026 QPRN Annual Retreat
You are cordially invited to the 18th Annual Retreat of the Quebec Pain Research Network (QPRN), to be held in Ste-Anne-de-Beaupré from January 18 (1 pm) to January 20 (11:30 am) 2026. This event is an ideal opportunity for exchange, discussion, and networking between QPRN members, their staff, and members of the Quebec Network of Junior Pain Investigators (QNJPI), in an enchanting setting and friendly atmosphere.
Due to the significant increase in accommodation and catering costs, a monetary contribution will be requested from participants. QPRN members will be asked to pay $200 when they register, and QNJPI members will be asked to pay $100. The cost per person to participate in the full retreat is estimated at over $1,000 for members and over 500$ for trainees.
Up to five students per laboratory will be able to register, with a limit of 100. Each student must submit an abstract in the “Submission” section of this page; please note that an existing poster may be used.
As long as space is available, research professionals, clinical experts, and patient partners are welcome to attend, and we invite you to share this invitation with your team. Research professionals, clinical experts, and patient partners (other than consortium leaders) will be required to pay the costs associated with their participation at the time of registration.
Spouses of QPRN regular and associate members are invited to join us for some of the meals at the members' expense. This option may be added at the time of registration of the regular member.
To ensure the success of this event, we ask that you register no later than Friday, October 31st, 2025. As space is limited, we encourage you to register early.
