An administrative fee of 15% of the total amount paid at the time of registration will be applied to any refund request made before January 27, 2024 (00:00).

No refund requests will be accepted from January 27, 2024.

Reunion meets the new provisions protecting the privacy of Quebecers as stipulated by Law 25.

The personal data collected is used to identify participants in the Meeting database. Some information cannot be deleted due to tax law. Only data deemed necessary is collected, and this will be kept for a reasonable period following the event. At the end of this reasonable period, the personal data will be anonymized or destroyed.

You can request destruction of personal information now by completing this form.

By accepting the terms of the personal data management policy, you agree to appear in the Participants section of this event.

During the Meeting, photos and videos will be taken in particular in the conference rooms, in common areas assigned to the event, during social functions and at any other time deemed appropriate by the organization. This graphics material could then be used to:

· education and transmission of knowledge;
· promotion for upcoming events;
· archives of the Meeting;
· post-event communications;
· posts on social networks;
