From Québec-Jean-Lesage International Airport (YQB)


Taxi: You can easily find taxis at the airport. A taxi ride from the airport to Québec City will take approximately 20-30 minutes, depending on the traffic. Taxi fares are fixed and typically cost $40 to $60 CAD.

Uber or Lyft: You can also use ride-sharing services to get to Québec City.

Where to stay

The conference will be held at Université Laval.

Near the university, many hotels can be find, on Laurier Boulevard, like the Hôtel Classique, Alt Hotel or Hôtel Lindberg.

It is also possible to stay near the Old City (Vieux-Québec), there are many choices, like the Hilton Québec, Hôtel Clarendon or the beautiful Fairmont Le Château Frontenac.

Public Transit: The Metrobus 800 and 801 stops near the hotels on Laurier Boulevard (around 5 minutes from university by bus), but also near the Old City (around 20 minutes from university by bus).

Getting to Université Laval

The address of Université Laval is 2325, rue de l'Université, Québec (Québec) G1V 0A6. Université Laval is housed in multiple buildings, the conference will be held at Alphonse-Desjardins building. There will be signs and members of REGAL will welcome you!

Public Transit: The Metrobus 800 and 801 stops right in front of the building at the “Station Université Laval”.

Where to eat during the conference


Light breakfast, coffee breaks, and lunch will be provided at Université Laval during the conference. On September 25th on evening, we are hosting a Gala Dinner. At this Gala Dinner, cocktails will be available for purchase at your expense.
