The conference will be held in Sherbrooke from July 6th to 9th 2025.
Conference Schedule
A PDF version of the schedule (as of June 23) is available to dowload below. However, minor adjustments might have been made to the schedule since its publication, and additional updates may occur in the coming weeks. Please always refer to the online version on Fourwaves for the most up-to-date information.
If you are looking for a specific presentation in the schedule, go to the Presentations page. Please note that search function is case-sensitive. By clicking on the presentation title, you’ll be able to see the session it belongs to (Symposium or Contributed Session), along with the scheduled time.
Uploading your presentation
All presentation materials must be uploaded to Fourwaves by July 2nd, 11h59pm ET.
This strict deadline applies to all presenters (oral and poster, student or not, within a symposium or not). This requirement comes from the venue’s audiovisual team and ensures that:- Posters are displayed in the online gallery throughout the conference.
- Presentations are ready for smooth operation on shared computers.
- Student presentations are eligible for the presentation award (only if uploaded by the deadline).
Oral Presentations:
Upload your final PowerPoint (.ppt or .pptx) or PDF slide deck. Other formats are not supported. No need to upload a recording.-Please name your file with the last name of the presenter, initial, day and time of presentation. Example: Pelletier_F_July8_1130
Poster Presentations:
Upload a digital version of your final poster.-Please name your file with the last name of the presenter, initial followed by "Poster". Example: Pelletier_F_Poster
To upload your presentation to Fourwaves, you need to access your submission and edit it to add the relevant file. To help you with this, we recommend consulting the following two step-by-step guides:
