Appart from the student and postdoc mixer, the totality of the conference will be held at the Delta conference centre, in Sherbrooke.
Directly connected to the convention centre, the Delta hotel Sherbrooke offers a direct access to shopping, restaurants and banking services. The largest regional shopping center, the Carrefour de l'Estrie, is located at only a five-minute drive. Our Convention Centre, with more than 20,000sq feet of meeting facilities, provides custom facilities with high-end services. This includes 18 meeting rooms and banquet facilities, and next to our ballroom, a beautiful windowed cocktail area which offers a spectacular view of Sherbrooke!
The hotel is a 30-min walk to the Jacques Cartier Park and Lac des Nations, and a 15-min walk to the Carrefour shopping center. Dowtown is 4km to the east, along Kinw West.

If the Delta Hotel is fully booked, we are pleased to offer an additional block of rooms at Hotel Le Président at preferential rates for attendees of the conference.
Please note that Hotel Le Président is located approximately a 20-minute walk from the conference venue.
