With less than three weeks remaining until SolarPACES 2023, we would like to provide you with instructions on how to upload your oral presentation.

Fourwaves Presentation Management

- Please follow this link to enter the platform. If not already done so you can activate your account and enter resume and profile information. This will only be visible to all registered delegates and presenters. It will also help the session chair to introduce you to the audience.

- A detailed step-by-step procedure on how to upload your presentation can be found here.

Presentation Upload Deadline

- Please be sure to upload your presentation PowerPoint to Fourwaves until Oct. 7^th, 11:59 pm, Sydney time. (GMT+11)

- You will not be able to display your presentation directly from your laptop computer or memory stick. All presentations must be uploaded to the conference system in advance.

- Your presentation PowerPoint file will not be visible to other speakers or delegates. It will only be visible to the organizers. You may upload a pdf version which will be visible to all delegates after the event.

Presentation Time and Schedule

- Please consult the detailed program showing the time and place of your session on the conference website.

- Speaking time for regular presentations is 20 minutes, including introduction of the speaker by the chair and time for questions and answers. Your speaking time should not exceed 15 minutes in any case!
