Accommodation

Participants arrange their accommodation in Montreal. For members 1) coming from a university outside Montreal AND 2) living outside the Montreal metropolitan area, the GRIL will reimburse a maximum of $100 per night for a maximum of two nights ($200 in total).

To receive these refunds, you must email Frédérique before March 10, 2023 with the following information:

• An official accommodation receipt (after the stay) or, if you stay with an acquaintance, let us know (allowance of $30 per night).
• Your complete mailing address.
• A void cheque (if you prefer to receive payment by direct deposit).
• For the student community, reimbursement will be in the form of bursary (UdeM administrative rules).
