Summit Purpose: To bring together partners to showcase the lessons learned from TPC to support the spread, scale and sustainability of transformed primary care training and education, and to equip Canada’s workforce for more effective team-based care.

Objectives

• To cross-pollinate insights, ideas and learning across TPC projects to inspire adoption of leading practices across curricula and practice settings.
• To explore what needs to happen next to continue momentum toward curriculum renewal and practice based supports of team-based comprehensive primary care.
• To inspire the full TPC community as ambassadors for change towards the proliferation of team-based comprehensive primary care in training and practice across Canada.
• To generate a call to action that inspires momentum coming out of the initiative.
