Dr. Peter Centre

In honour of UBC Class of ’85 alumnus Dr. Peter Jepson-Young—who helped destigmatize HIV/AIDS before his passing in 1992—we invite you to consider a donation to the Dr. Peter Centre. Dr. Peter's legacy lives on through the Centre’s radically compassionate care for people facing complex challenges like mental illness, addiction, and housing and food insecurity.

UBC Medical Alumni Community Fund

Medical school is tough—mentally, emotionally, and financially. But moments of connection can make all the difference. Through student awards, Wellness Week, mentorships, and class reunions, alumni remind students they’re not alone.

This year, the MD Class of ’85 have chosen to support current and future medical students from their first day of medical school to graduation with a gift to the UBC Medical Alumni Association. Together we will grow a thriving community that bridges generations, crosses specialties, and shares our passion for medicine with the next generation of MDs—please give today.
