When preparing your abstract follow the guidelines below.

1. Please be sure to review your abstract with your supervisor before submitting

2. Abstract length should be 250 to 350 words

3. Use sentence case

4. Do not use all CAPITAL LETTERS

5. You may include and upload additional information including your poster, figure, and slides. Note this is not required by October 28.

6. Use the following format: First Author¹, Middle Author^{1, 2}, Middle Author^1,2, Last Author^1,2,3

7. Please enter your affiliate institution in the proper order

8. Affiliations use the following format: Institute, Department, University, City, State/Province

9.Review your entry. If you cut and paste text from a word processing software, scientific symbols and special formatting may be lost. Spell out character names or use spacing whenever possible.

10. You will have the ability to edit and add attachments (poster, slides, figures, profile photo) to your entry after you submit. We ask that final poster and slides be uploaded by November 15th.
